On our way to St. George, we stopped at Duane's in Fillmore to see Uncle Randy and Aunt Arlene, and they had framed one of the news paper articles they had found in a drawer from the opening of Duane's Market.
We stayed at the Comfort Inn not far from Kelly's, Britton was all about the breakfast.
Grandma went with us, but she stayed at Kelly's. We went to one of Tanners soccer games, we went to try this new truffles places that was in the paper, but ended up not buying anything, they didn't have anything in the store, it was so sad. They were sold out of everything. After that we went to see Grandma's Aunt Themla. She is such a cute lady, she told us all kinds of stories about grandma's grandparents and Grandma Rula. She was married to Grandma's brother Clark.

Getting back to Kelly's, Miriah had fun drawing on the cement with the colored chalk and playing hop scotch. She is one happy girl.
Britton slept on the floor both nights at the hotel since he didn't want to sleep with me or Hollie. The first night he slept in the chair. It was so comfortable for him, Sure! He is addicted to his phone. He was always talking to his best friend. He has more Best Friends than anyone we know. We swam a little each day, then the kids just wanted to hang out. Hollie just wanted to be with Tanner and his friends. As we were leaving town there is this kids standing out by a truck with some other scouts with his back to us. Britton yells, " hey that is my friend as he leans to the other side of the car and yells, Hey Taylor! The kids turns around and yells Hey Britton as she avoids jumping into the on coming cars. It was so funny, He is such a happy kid and loves everyone, well not everyone he tells me who he doesn't like but for the most part he loves everyone and they know it.
Before we left to come home we went to see Aunt Rachel and went to Staheli Farms to see Sherrie Lou. Miriah was loving all the animals and wanted to ride a horse. We have signed her up to go back in the summer for farm camp, she is so excited.
She is so happy all the time.

Crystal and Brady's shadows, we are going to get ready to do a 5K as a family in July.

Miriah was so happy to be helping Brady run Thank You cards from his wedding. I am so grateful they are getting them done. I even got an email from Sister Stoker tell me she had gotten their Thank you, she was so happy to get the card and see their pictures. So important!!!!! always write thank you's to people who have done something for you.
Friday night Brady and Crystal took the girls to the jazz game, Miriah said it was the most boring thing she has done. Haha... Brody and Sadie were their too, and they left their lower bowl seats to sit at the very top.
Saturday morning was Gage's baptism. It was so nice grandpa gave a wonderful talk on the holy Ghost. Stan also gave him a beautiful blessing.

I have been listening to Conference again, and also some of the conference from 1971. It's amazing how some of the council is the same, we have been warned so many times to be prepared and to not let ourselves move away from the what the prophet and leaders are telling us to do and to be aware of satan. I also listened to the Energy Bus again this week as we drove home from St. George.
This morning I was listening to the Mormon Channel, and to several talks on the refugees, we sure do need to do a lot more service. We have been given so much! I also watched the documentary on the Provo Tabernacle and how it was inspired to become the temple. So many people had received personal revelation when it was on fire, I had the thought this morning what would of happened if just one of them had not listened to the prompting of the spirit they were given, take for instance, the fire chief who felt they should not do the normal procedure of knocking the walls down, that they needed to keep them standing and save as much of the building as they could. We need to work on listening to the spirit and act on the promptings we are given to help others. There is so much good we can do, even if is it simple and small acts.
Grateful this week for the opportunity we had to go to St. George and the fact that dad let us go. That Miriah made her own list of chores and did them all like a busy little beaver. Made the house look so nice and was so much help to me. For Hollie who is enjoying taking piano and willing to share her talents. Grateful for Braxton's letters and for his positive outlook on life and for the testimony he is gaining of the Work of Salvation. Grateful for Bronson who is almost done with High School and is working so hard to pay for everything he does. Grateful for Brody that he is providing simple things for the family to enjoy. Miriah was so happy when he paid the Netflix bill, for Brady and Crystal that they are working such long hours yet taking time to write their thank you cards.

On Friday, I went with Grandpa and Grandma to Aunt Lori's, JT has crashed on his bike and broke his collar bone in two places. Lori & Todd's Birthdays were last week. It has almost been six months, most days it seems like yesterday and that it really can't be true. So grateful for the Plan of Salvation
