A picture of Miriah's fun class, She loves her teachers and her class. So happy to have so many best friends in class. They had elections, she didn't run for an office because she wants the Sanitation Job. I asked her if she knew what that meant, because who wants to be over Sanitation, well besides your dad. She read me the description of the job, and she wants to help keep their room clean. She is a cleaner, Love that about her.
Hollie is finally official - SHE IS ON THE ROAD NOW! She passed her driving test with 100% and she has her licence now, she is so excited to be able to drive and I am so excited to have someone to help drive the kids around. Only problem is, I will probably be without wheels all the time now she is driving. She has asked dad over 100 times if he is going to buy her a car. He is not!
The STRESS of the week. We had gone to grandma's for family night, Bronson talked to us about his favorite parts of his Heritage tours trip, He did good, just got to get him talking. But coming home that night Hollie finds these to invited on the porch to Homecoming. How can you be asked by to guys at the same time. Didn't one of them already see the other invite?
Picture of Braxton from the mission face book page.
Britton had his second football game, he did really good. Made the first touch down, dad said it was a good play since the ball was not thrown to him, he had to go get it.
He made some good tackles, even on the kickoff, he kicked and then made the tackle.
Some of the boys on the team.
Another picture of Brody and Sadie.
We went to Eric Mica's wedding on Saturday, and seen a lot of your friends, they are all excited for you to come home. Isaac gets home this week. Lone Peak lost to Bingham, BYU won. Some of the kids went to the cabin for the weekend, Brody, Sadie, Hollie and Miriah. Brady and Crystal went to her cousins wedding in Vegas, I had to work and dad had to mow the lawn since Britton was playing.
It was my last day at the pool and I am so excited to just be working at Lone Peak now. I hope to be able to get to grandma's to quilt a few times each week. We have a lot to do to be really for the wedding, for Jason to come, and to get ready for you to come home and for Bronson to leave.
Its going to be busy for sure, but we are always busy
Pres Faust gave a talk entitled Ten ways to Make a Difference.
"I can say without hesitation that you can have "a perfect brightness of hope" for your future and endless joy if you "press forward" as righteous children of God."
1. Exercise Faith He listed the virtue of faith first because it is the most important. Jospeh Smith taught that faith in the Lord Jesus Christ is the foundation of all righteousness. In exercising faith, we become cheerful and optimistic, charitable and courageous.
2. Be Honest with yourself. 3. Be Chaste 4. Be Humble, 5. Develop Self-Discipline 6. Be Fair, 7. Strive for Moderation, 8. Be Clean, 9. Live with Courage, 10, Grow in Grace. Practice these virtues, These are challenging times. I believe your spirits may have been reserved for these latter days, that you have come to earth for such a time as this. It may be that your most significant, everlasting achievements will be your righteous influence on others.
Love you all, believe in yourselves, and hold tight to the iron rod. Love you, mom
